According to the Public Relations Department of National Informatics Corporation, the meeting was chaired by Reza Khajeh-Naeini, Deputy for Development of Management and Resources at the Central Bank, and was attended by Masoud Pashmchi, Deputy for Modern Technologies at the Central Bank, members of the Board of Directors, and shareholder representatives including Bank Melli Iran, Bank Saderat Iran, Bank Sanat va Madan, and the Monetary and Banking Research Institute. The chairman of the assembly, while expressing appreciation for the efforts made, offered recommendations for improving the services of the "National Informatics Group" and outlined tasks for achieving the Group's future objectives.
Focus on Corporate Governance and Transparency
Later in the meeting, Seyed Reza Naseri Nik, CEO of National Informatics Corporation, presented a report on the Board's performance and approaches, stating: "Focus on security, transparency, precise oversight, optimal management of investments, establishment of corporate governance, and preservation and rejuvenation of human capital have been among the main pillars of the Corporation's activities over the past year."
Service Continuity and Security as Strategic Priorities
Emphasizing the importance of security and service continuity, Naseri Nik stated: "At present, the product portfolio of the National Informatics Group includes more than 100 specialized systems at both governmental and non-governmental levels, supporting a major portion of the country's financial infrastructure. Fortunately, despite existing challenges, the continuity rate of these services has been maintained at around 99.99 percent. In addition, the number of Shetab and Shaparak transactions in 1404 reached 88 billion and 111 billion transactions, respectively."
In another part of his remarks, the CEO of National Informatics Corporation referred to the rise in cyber threats, stating: "In 1404, more than 32,000 cyberattacks were recorded against the infrastructure managed by the Group, representing a 522 percent increase compared to 1400. Therefore, enhancing security, developing infrastructure, and strengthening Kashef Corporation have been among the Group's main priorities."

Project Performance and the Need to Reform the Fee System
Regarding the status of the Corporation's projects, he stated: "Of the 165 projects defined last year, 47 percent are underway and 37 percent have been fully completed."
In closing, while outlining the Corporation's financial situation, Naseri Nik said: "Given the rising costs of equipment procurement, wages, and cost of services, revising the service fee system is essential to sustain the delivery of quality services and to carry out unavoidable investments."
At the end of the meeting, in addition to approving the financial statements, the assembly members expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Board of Directors and staff of the National Informatics Group in maintaining the stability and security of the country's financial infrastructure.
